Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy a license for the NGX View Builder builder (@ngxviewbuilder/designer and the plugins that follow it) on ngxviewbuilder.io or console.ngxviewbuilder.io.
Who sells the license
NGX View Builder is made by Heyde Labs, MB, company code 308168362, Europos pr. 34-47, LT-46370 Kaunas, Lithuania ("we", "us"). You can reach us at info@heydelabs.com.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you pay, you also accept Paddle's buyer terms, and the invoice comes from Paddle.
What you buy

A license is for one developer (one seat). A team buys one seat per developer who works in the builder. Seats belong to the organization that bought them, and the organization's owner can give a seat to another developer in the console at any time.
The runtime (@ngxviewbuilder/runtime) is free and needs no license. Applications that only render views never need one.
Prices are in euros. In the EU, the UK and other countries where prices are usually shown with tax, they include VAT. Elsewhere, sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Paddle works out the tax for your country and shows the final amount before you pay. With a valid EU VAT number entered at checkout, the VAT is taken off.
How you get the license
Once Paddle confirms the payment, we create an account in the console for the e-mail address used at checkout (or add the license to the account you already have) and send you a link to set your password. Your license keys are in the console, one per seat. This usually takes a minute or two. If nothing arrives within an hour, write to us.
How you may use it
Use of the builder is governed by the NGX View Builder Commercial License Agreement, which ships as LICENSE.md in the @ngxviewbuilder/designer package and is summarized on the Licensing page. In short: client work is included, the versions released during your paid period are yours to keep, and you may not redistribute the library on its own or get around the license check.
Renewal
Renewal is never automatic. We do not keep a card on file and do not charge you again. The console shows when your 12 months end, and you renew there if you want another year. If you skip it, the versions you already have keep working without a watermark.

Technical support comes with every active license and is given by e-mail at support@ngxviewbuilder.io. Questions about orders, invoices and licenses go to info@heydelabs.com. Bugs and questions can also go to GitHub.
Warranty and liability
We build NGX View Builder with care and fix the bugs you report, but the software is provided as it is, without any promise that it fits every purpose or never fails. Our total liability for any claim connected to a license is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and if you buy as a consumer, your statutory rights stay in place.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes go to the courts of Lithuania, unless the law of your country gives you, as a consumer, the right to use your local courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. A change applies to purchases made after the "last updated" date above, never to licenses you already bought.
