This policy covers ngxviewbuilder.io and demo.ngxviewbuilder.io (together, "the Site"), operated by NGX View Builder ("we", "us"). For questions, contact support@ngxviewbuilder.io.
What we collect
Documentation site. After you accept the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the docs are used: pages visited, approximate location (derived from a truncated/anonymized IP), device and browser type, referrer, on-site search terms, and a small number of custom interaction events (e.g. which code snippets get copied, which demo tab you open). If you decline or don't respond to the banner, no analytics script loads and no analytics cookie is set.
Live demo. The structure you build in the demo (/demo) is saved only in your browser's local storage. We do not receive, store, or process it on any server.
Contacting us. If you email us, we process your email address and message content only to respond to you.

Legal basis
Analytics processing relies on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain — the banner will reappear on your next visit. Responding to emails relies on our legitimate interest in providing support.
Third parties
We use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) as a data processor for the analytics described above. Google's own privacy policy and data-transfer safeguards apply to its processing: policies.google.com/privacy. We do not sell your data or share it with any other third party.
Retention
Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics account settings. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email support@ngxviewbuilder.io. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in Lithuania, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI).
Children
The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves (for example, once accounts, billing, or the AI assistant backend go live). The "last updated" date above will reflect any change.
